## Overview

Zoom is the go-to video conferencing platform for customer calls, team meetings, and user research sessions. By connecting Zoom to Squad, you can automatically extract product-relevant insights from meeting transcripts, ensuring that valuable feedback shared in conversations is captured and acted upon rather than lost after the call ends.

## Benefits

**Meeting transcript analysis:** Automatically process Zoom meeting transcripts to identify product feedback, feature requests, and customer pain points discussed during calls.
